Their specialty is the regional cooking specially prepared by their staff, always very well accompanied by wines from Bodega Salentein and Bodega El Portillo.

The meals are served in a comfortable lodge situated in a separated building, where visitors enjoy not only a warm fireplace but also a spectacular view of the Merlot and Pinot Noir vineyards.
